Applied online and had a 20 min phone interview (recruiter) within a week. 8 questions were based on the job description. More technical in nature which was a surprise. After the interview the recruiter said it would be forwarded to the hiring manager.

Structured, well planned. Multiple rounds with different managers. It was about my personality, and seniority. Then we went through some work experience related questions. As we had a fit in many ways it was a good overall experience

I came through internal selection process as I've been working in a different country for the same brand. Even though finding the position was easy, I got virtually zero support to relocate to Japan.
