I received an email saying they wanted me to do a phone interview with a recruiter. It was pretty much going over my resume and experiences, and making sure I knew what the position demanded. From that, I was asked to do another phone interview with an account manager on the team. It was relatively straight forward, asking about my resume and skills. I think this might've been the last step in the process, but they decided not to continue with me. Decision was made two weeks after my last phone interview.

The interview experience was very nice and is pretty straight-forward, with regular interview questions.: First stage - Aptitude Test, Second stage - team panel interview, third stage - business case presentation (skills review), final stage - partner/MD interview
