Video interview I got through to the assessment centre but didn't attend since I don't have document that prove I am eligible to work in UK. Nestle do not sponsor TIER2 visa for international students. Application form is just basic information and online test is pretty easy as well. In the video interview, there are 8 questions in total. You will have 30 seconds to prepare and 2 mins to speak. Most the questions are competency questions. I feel like in the video interview, what you really said is not the most important, but how you behaved. For example, if there is a question you don't know how to answer, just be calm and think really hard and say something relates to it instead of skip to another question or keep quiet.
