I had a phone interview, 2 weeks later an assesment center for which we were asked to prepare a presentation to the finance team on how would you increase Dolce Gusto sales and we had lunch with the finance team (senior managers), 2 weeks later I had a personal interview with the CFO, corporate controller, supply chain controller, strategic planning senior manager and HR.

Entrevista
Process was simple. Applied online, scheduled online interview but it turned out to be a phone interview despite the email instructions. Interviewer was 30-40 minutes late, simple behavioral questions, I asked question about the role but did not get clear answers. Withdrew application.

How do you handle multiple tasks?
Met with HR for first interview, then with hiring Manager for virtual interview call. Did not progress beyond this stage as the job was determined to be too junior for my experience.
it was a nice process. Had 3 rounds. first two went well, third not so. Very nice workers and pretty fair processes with welcoming people. interview were hard, but very into the point.
