I submiteed my job application and after a week I got an email to schedule for an interview. I scheduled the interview with the recruiter and he cancelled the interview just before the interview and I got an email saying the interview is canclelled and a link to reshedule the interview. I resheduled the interiew for the next day. I sent an email to confirm the interview because I don't want to waste my time. He confirmed it. The application was selected by AI tool, so I just want to confirm I am not getting fooled the next day. He called me and discussed about the role (felt like he is not interested in talking to me and they already have hired someone or the job listing was fake. He said he will submit my resume to get reviewd by manager. The next week I got rejection email. I spend a lot of time preparing for the interview and even resheduled my CPA exam to prepare for that.
