The interviewing process was including 3 steps: the HR conversation, the assessment in excel and the last round of it was the meeting with the team leader of the future team and higher management.

How did you managed the difficult client situation in the past?
Got two phase. 1st is virtual and 2nd is face to face. They do ask 3 months payslip and IC copy before interview which I think not good unless you are being hiring. Red flag
Repetetive questions, nice HR but manager seemed judgmental, since I had no experience in this field (kept asking about finance, when I said i have no experience), overall i did not have a very great experience.
