Originally very hard to get into the company. They keep refusing to lselect you for any job and once you get a phone interview via their automated system, they don't call you.
Be prepared on the phone screening for them to ask you actual behavioral questions. Then had 2 more interviews with similar behavioral questions. Make sure to have the STAR format down and research the company (be able to list some of their products).

Todos foram muito respeitosos, gentis e transparentes. Foi muito rápido o processo de seleção e não deixam os candidatos esperando e nem sem resposta. Não consegui a vaga, mas adorei conhecer todo o pessoal.
