Three online interviews in a 6 hour window, all of which went smoothly. I received excellent feedback and was told to expect word within a week's time. However, I followed up after a week and was told that the process was delayed a further week. I followed up every 10 days or so until after a month, I received a call from the hiring manager promising word within the next 4-6 weeks, and he implored me to have patience since the team was impressed with me. It has now been 8 weeks with no word, or even an email back to a follow up email I sent after 6 weeks. Very unprofessional process.
