3 Interviews in the same day. There were 3 candidates (including myself), and we were all rotated 1 at a time through 3 different pairs of interviewers. The first were operation managers at different plants, then HR managers from different plants and finally a quality assurance manager as well as a R&D specialist.

Went in for the full day. Worked in teams of two on a case study, and then completed a presentation. This was followed by 1.5 hours of rotational group interviews in groups of two.

Entrevista
Fairly interesting, test on your confidence level, public speaking and your team work. Have 3 stages of interview. First one a phone interview, mainly just checking with you on your education background etc. Second interview had two session. First session was a group/team assignment where you will be given a case to discuss. For this team assignment, not neccessarily you have to have a perfect solution, but do put some effort in showing your teamwork. And of course you have to potray your industrial knowledge by showing clear though process and how did you get to the solutions. For the second session is a individual session. You will be given a task and 10-15 minutes to think through. After that you have to present to the interviewers. And again you have to be confidence and show them clear thought process, indicating that you are very organizational. Last stage was a one on one interview with the managers.

Super laid back, don't be too worried. I had a campus interview and it was in a 2 on 1 setting. It only lasted about 20 minutes. and they only asked me 3 behavioral questions. They left time for me to ask questions & gave me their business card at the end. Answer questions in CAR format
