Entrevista
Casual talk between various team leads + HR, lasting about 1 hour. After the talk, feedback is expected in about 1 week. The feedback can be either positive or negative, but they always provide it.

Entrevista
You have the 1st phase of CV scanning. Then if you move forward you do 2 type of testing. First is a video recording interview where it show a couple of questions and you have like 1-2 minutes to answer. Then 2nd part is the some games with logic, and numbers. If you are successful in theses testings you move to interview process. The interview is online usually with a RH member and the team lead that you interviewing for. You can have one more interview if need it.
