This is the second time i applied for a nestle role and the second time they have been awful. First time, i got called to the gatwick office for an interview and by interviewer never showed up. i was then called back again, thought i had a good interview and they never even bothered to contact me to tell me i didn't get the job. This time, i went again for an interview at one of their london bases. I was grilled hard on my CV, they went through every single detail. I was told i would hear back shortly and nearly a month on and i haven't heard anything. The role i applied was heavy on digital marketing, they seemed to want someone who was a specialist in everything from social media to ppc to affiliates. If you want someone to be an expert in all those fields then you need to be willing to pay a high amount, which i don't think they were prepared to do. If you don't want to hire a candidate that is fine, but at least take the courtesy to let them know. I had to take a day off work for the interview. This is the second time nestle has been rather rude and i won't apply to them again.
