Overall: interviews went smoothly. However, I was ghosted by NESTLE. I had 3 interviews in total, and after 8 weeks I have not heard anything back from them. Pretty disappointing for a company with such a big reputation. The interview process: 3 interviews in total (1 phone interview, 1 online interview, 1 on-site interview). Took about 1.5 weeks to go through all 3 interviews. The process was communicated well in advance. The first interview appointment was made by an AI and scheduled by an AI.

Personality questions and questions on career aspirations
The interviewer was very prompt and the automated system sent reminders. The questioner was very friendly and the questions were set up to flow smoothly throughout the process. My biggest compliments go to the interviewer and the friendly environment that he conducted the interview in.

Processus très fluide mais relativement lent. Une communication claire avec une visibilité bonne sur le déroulement. Bonne communication et présentation des RH. La première partie du screening se fait via un processus video et enregistrement automatique avec réponse à différentes questions .
