Phone interview and 1-1. The phone interview was ok. The HR asked me a few questions about my experience, in French and in English too. She told me a few days later that the hiring manager wanted to see me. During my 1-1 interview, the hiring manager tried to make me feel uncomfortable. She called a colleague who started to ask me questions in German. I was a little bit confused. Then, the hiring manager ask me things about Switzerland. She knew I arrived a few days before and I didn't know well the culture and the country. She laughed at me with her colleague. It was a horrible experience.
