Entrevista
Typically 3 - 4 interviews. First is a competency based interview done by HR to establish cultural fit. If you pass this, you are invited to meet your future line manager for a capability interview in your area of work. Third interview is a salary discussion. Last session is signing of your acceptance to the offer.
