3 stages. One was a phone screening that was a resume walk-through and had a few behaviourals. Then there was a full-day at the office where all the potential hires were broken up to groups and had to answer a case. Final round was a one on one interview with management.

Interviewed by the Brand Manager of the Nutrition part for about 30 minutes. They offered me some beverage and it was pretty casual. But she didn't seem very interested in me through out the interview.

Very weird interview process, it was a very one way conversation and felt uncomfortable at times without any back and forth. No emotional reaction to my responses, just a blank response and someone taking notes, it felt very impersonal
