I had 2 phone interviews and 1 panel on-site interview.
During phone interviews I was asked about the reasons I wanted to work in Nestle and aslo I had chance to tell about my working experience.
At panel interview I was asked a lot of behavioral questions as well as CPG industry related and financially specific ones. Also there were several unexpected questions, like how to open a coffee shop. The interviewers were mostly professional, positive and respectful. In the end of each interview they took time to answer my questions.

Entrevista
Process was simple. Applied online, scheduled online interview but it turned out to be a phone interview despite the email instructions. Interviewer was 30-40 minutes late, simple behavioral questions, I asked question about the role but did not get clear answers. Withdrew application.

How do you handle multiple tasks?
Met with HR for first interview, then with hiring Manager for virtual interview call. Did not progress beyond this stage as the job was determined to be too junior for my experience.
it was a nice process. Had 3 rounds. first two went well, third not so. Very nice workers and pretty fair processes with welcoming people. interview were hard, but very into the point.
