Submitted a letter of application and CV via the Nestle recruitment portal.
Then completed a 30 min phone interview with HR Business Partner.
Invited for interview within 2 weeks to meet the hiring manager. 1 hour interview with the hiring manager and HR Business Partner again. Also included a written task - asked to read two scenarios and then report back on how I would tackle them.
Invited back for 2nd interview by the end of the week. Asked to prepare an engagement strategy that I would present (15 mins limit) to the Head of Pensions and Head of Pensions Engagement.
Offered the job by the end of that week.
I had to work pretty hard to demonstrate my skills. The process was challenging but rewarding. The recruitment process itself was really well handled. HR checked in at every stage to see how I felt that stage went, and to advise on next steps. I felt well informed about timings, well supported and well prepared at every stage. Excellent candidate management and also a well thought out and relevant interview experience. When I received a job offer I had a good understanding of the kind of role I was going in to, and that it would suit me well.
