First shortlisting on the basis of CV and then a Group discussion round. Then a technical interview followed by an HR interview. Technical Interview was centered on my project work and related fields.

Q. What would I use to improve power factor of 3phase system supplying inductive loads?
Two rounds of On campus interview. 1st round was Group Discussion round with general situational scenario topic which took 15 minutes and 2nd round was technical and HR combined interview with two panelists around 15 minutes.
