The process consisted of two long telephone interviews. In the first one,
one recruiter interviewed me for my resume. Together we walk through my career describing my experience and my previous work.
Then there was a part where the interview spoke in English, where the company was sold as the best place to work and how good are they in the market.
The following week, I had an interview via Skype, where I was interviewed by a PM who never mentioned his credentials, except the time he's been working in
the company. This person was a hurry because he had to do other interviews. The focus of the interview was exactly like the first one, thus
they asked me two technical questions "on the fly" to see if I could solve them immediately, like ping pong of questions and answers.
This search does not apply for computer engineer, at least not in Argentina, where the engineer is something else than a developer, which is what they really want.
Moreover, in the last part of the interview, the PM hinted that they are interested in work beyond the agreed schedules, he suggests weekend work.
The lack of communication tools of this PM, shows how you can get to be working with people who don't know what they want,
or at least, who can not convey clear instructions on what they need, and that is never made clear in the work, except for the product develop them.
