The first step was HR no introduction from my side was requested.
We just scheduled the next meeting and they mentioned that the purpose of the next step is to get to know you better with no technical questions, but it did include professional technical questions and ask it aggressively.

Entrevista
Initial phone screening followed by 3 rounds of consecutive interviews covering OOP/System Design/Coding. The process certainly needs to be explained better to candidates, as it is quite different to the traditional hiring process.
