Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Microsoft (Seattle, WA) en feb 2014
Entrevista
Well organized. Aggressive interviewers. Company is too large to make any radical changes to its business model. Likely turning more into a GM or IBM longer term. Great experience for College Grads just out of school. Too top heavy at Director and above. More meetings then actual work being performed.

Tell me about one of your biggest professional failures and what did you learn from the experiences?
Interview process was okay, but they clearly already had a hire in mind. They ended up hiring someone from the team. recruiter reached out later to suggest I join two other processes.
A phone interview took place the first, followed by three or four interview loops, typical 45 minutes each. Directors joined during the Interview. Nothing surprising but the process was slow. Response/rescheduling time took a while. At the end, the job was closed when I was in the final stage. So it became all waste of time.

Nothing much, the typical stuff - when can you start?
The interview process was very efficient, it was fully remote. First call was with HR regarding profile scanning and my motivation to apply. Second call was with direct line manager (local CFO) 45 min and third call was with a peer working on the same department 30 min
