Long and boring: six hour-long interviews with six different people, all of whom asked the same questions, and many of whom didn't seem to care one way or the other who got hired. One of the interviews asked two perfunctory questions and then said, "That's really all I have." And so we sat there and talked about the Seattle Sounders soccer team for the rest of the hour.

The whole process was very well-organized with the initial appointment with the recruiter who gave me an overview of the day's interviews. The recruiter even offered advice and told me what areas each interviewer is going to be focusing on. The interviewers appeared well-prepared. Each of them had a list of questions and did focus on the area the recruiter mentioned. For the writer position I was interviewing for, most questions were behavioral and very few were technical.
