This is the hiring process for a new graduate position. First, the company reviews the entry sheet or application form. Second, there are two interviews conducted on the same day. There are three interviews, One with HR short call, then the Techincal interview with the tech lead , the final one is with the director. Interviews are quite harder than others, but the panel is so friendly and good
