Third party recruiter really struggled to coordinate with tons of meeting invites and frequent changes. On the day of the interview, nobody showed up and had to call up the recruiter. They coordinated and someone showed up after almost 20 minutes of interview start time. That delayed the next interview which was right after the first with no buffer in between. Did not expect Microsoft people to be so unprofessional and lack coordination.
