Entrevista
First I had one Codility Online Test which contained 2 questions to complete in about 80 mins.
One question was on numbers processing, it is on Internet & if one has seen that number question or knows that number system then solve with best performance, as I was able to get 40% in performance with my standard soln. Second question was on Text data processing which is not difficult also. So overall Codility Questions were average.
Then I had one round of discussion where the interviewer asked me to write the code to solve one problem, my approach couldn't have worked properly so he gave the hint but I was not able to complete the code in next 30 mins.
In 2nd round, I was asked to design a system, for which I made one rough & very high level kind of design & interviewer was expecting more clear & modularized design.
Though every interviewer claims that they don't expect everyone to know everything but still in interviews they expect the correct, good & production ready answers for their specific 1-2 questions. Many other things too but in short, reality of these companies will be far from what they claim, I think so.

First round of discussion was to code for the problem, to check problem & coding skills.
Second round of discussion was to design a system.
It started with a 90-minute online assessment, followed by a technical phone screen with one engineer. The OA covered two medium-to-hard algorithm problems. For coding practice, I mainly rely on "LeetCode" to cover different topics. For company-specific interview preparation, I use "Hack2Hire", "LeetCode Discuss", and "1Point3Acres" to find any recent original questions. All of them are helpful platforms. The phone screen included one coding problem and some discussion around edge cases and time complexity.

I was invited to a technical interview with Microsoft. The interviewer started with a general question: “What happens when you type google.com into your browser?” They asked a few follow-up questions related to that.
After that, they gave me a LeetCode algorithmic question, which was at a hard level. The problem was “Integer to English Words.”

Three tech interviews + one hiring manager VO, most of questions are medium to hard leetcode questions. Ask some questions about techniques you written on the resume. But I think they care more about the match of the research and the job.
