Gone through three technical and one Director round.
Technical questions are moderate in difficulty and mostly based on malware research.
Director round contain questions like, why Microsoft? You may face very dumb questions here.
Hiring process of Microsoft is more pathetic then startups. The hiring team will not contact or respond to your queries once, even if you get selected.
In my case, I got the confirmation email that I got selected for the role, but then never received any further call or offer letter.

Before the interview on site there is a phone call where tech question are asked.
You need to understand what group and who is the manager, its important .

The process started with an initial conversation and then a home test. The home test was very interesting and I answered all the questions but I didn't hear from them anymore. In the personal area I saw that they do not continue with me.

It was easy to go and there were three rounds except screening one. First one was basic things and second was more of behavioral round and last one was related to resume experience.
