I did a phone screen with recruiting. The recruiter asked me about my background and relevant experience as well as my expected salary range. The following week I was in for a half-day loop interview.

The interviewer gave me an example of a communications situation, a very compelling one, and told the story of the problem. Before getting to the end of the story, he asked how I would resolve that situation and what my response would be and what is my thinking behind my response.

Entrevista
Straightforward. Done in one day. Long waiting period to get any answer back. Polite interview panel. Recruiters need to be more up to speed with questions. Would recommend to interview for Microsoft to anyone.
The recruiters seem very on top of their game, very responsive and send materials to help prepare for interviews. It seems to be reflective in the culture of the company, all good signs.

Entrevista
It was a very smooth process. The hiring manager was super nice and helpful, and so were the following interviews. The recruiter, however, was super unhelpful and a bit posh on the post-interview.
