Entrevista
I applied online through the Microsoft Career site. After two months they communicated me their interest. Then we scheduled for the first round interview which is the Skype interview. It went good and I passed. The second round was on site interview with the Senior Software Development Engineers at Copenhagen, Denmark. They set up flight and hotel and gave me information how to reach there and scheduled for the Interview one month after phone interview. I went to Denmark and the interview was very nice and based on my skills, knowledge and experience. It was a one to one interview with three Software Engineers in rotation lasting about 45 minutes. It has been a bit difficult for me at that time, but the questions are nice and not off skills. Since I didn’t prepared well, I didn’t perform well on the technical interview and I went out of the process. They reimburse the money for the transportation expenses of taxis and trains. They are nice that the way they approach and tried to help you come up at the result. Overall it was a great lesson and experience I got. Get a good preparation not to miss the basics and get relaxed on being yourself. Follow the what they recommend to get best out of it.

Phone interview and then in person with a group. Process moved fairly quickly. Team fit questions and coding questions on the white board. Study up for all basic knowledge skills and some complex problems.

Entrevista
I applied through a college recruiter. I initially had a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview by the recruiter, before finally having an in-person technical interview.
Phone screen lasted 30 minutes. Recruiter interview 30 minutes. Technical interview 1 hour.
