It was a small group interview, with four team members interviewing me. It was a position off campus, but still a sector of microsoft. They were nice and I went over my portfolio and they asked me questions about how I would handle certain situations. I was surprised I didn't get an offer because it was a nice experience and seemed to have gone well.

Asked basic questions about design history and past experience. Spoke with the manager and a senior production designer. It was very easy going and they were both extremely kind. They seemed to have already decided on if they wanted me to be part of the team before the interview started which was nice, I felt very relaxed the entire time.
