Spoke with the assistant manager who ran through a standard interview form. Very sweet and we had a good laugh. Then onto Window 2 to make sure I didn't scare away the customers. I was offered a job immediately!

The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
