It was quick and pretty painless I went one day for the interview and everything went smoothly, the next day they had me feel out the forms to get started. Everyone was nice and I started my second day, thinking I was just coming to fill out paperwork but they had me sit at the computer to train and then i jumped straight into working

easy to average in difficulty. people management skills required. and they also check if you can work well under pressure. must have good communication skills. they will also check if you can explain the procedures.

The interview process was very easy. They asked me some situational questions, and asked about my qualifications. It is very easy to crack since they are always hiring. The first question is always "Tell me about yourself". Good luck.
