Well thought out questions and good repoir. 1st interview was about 30 mins. 2nd was about 90 mins. 3rd scheduled within a couple of days. It was fast-paced and very personable. The offer seems imminent, but waiting for 3rd interview to pin down salary and benefits.
Basic ethic check , check background , check education, check crimson record , the interview is very easy , anyone raise a hand can do it

Asking about my experience and how I could grow the store and what could I do for them? What would I appreciate about being a boss? Am I OK with working various shifts working nights and weekends and overnights?

Would you be able to work two weeks without a day off?
The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I first had a short phone screening followed by an in-person interview with the district manager. They mainly focused on my previous retail experience, leadership style, and how I handle scheduling or customer service issues. The entire process took about a week, and communication was clear throughout.
