Entrevista
The interview process was super smooth. The recruiters and interview panel were very much friendly and compassionate, I never felt tired after any of the rounds I had.
The process started with an initial call from the Recruiter and asked me about my previous experience and my expectations. He explained the tech stack and company's goals in reasonable details
The second round was a friendly chat/behavioral round with one of the technical managers. A well-structured set of questions and quite relevant to the role! The interviewer was very keen to understand your rationale for every answer. Overall a very engaging round.
The next round was a 2 hours long technical discussion with a code-pairing session. This was another example of a well-organized interview. There were various subsections in the interview ranging from general technical questions, API design, Code Refactoring, etc but none of the sections were spilled over the other. The panel was very much disciplined about the timing. The interview was more like a general discussion/brainstorming than an interrogation, which was a very positive experience.
The last round is usually a cultural fit round.
The recruiter was always happy to answer any of the questions you might have about the company, people, and anything.

After 3 interviews (which were ok), they didn't even bother to send me a feedback. One of the things that I hate the most. I understand that you consider that could not be a good fit in your company, but I cannot understand that you cannot send a feedback, after all this process.

Second on site interview: technical interview - general discussion.
Third interview: live coding - refactor a piece of code + tests & a culture interview with a deep-dive CV - experience, motivation, and team fit.
Thank you for this feedback. I would like to apologise for the fact that no one got back to you with feedback after your interview and I don't blame you for being frustrated. Our internal SLA is that all candidates receive feedback no later than 2 days after an interview and it seems that we dropped the ball on this one. No excuses, we should have done better and we will work internally to make sure we do. Thanks again, John
