Applied online. I completed a phone interview with the recruitment department. I was invited in and completed a 4 hour interview internally with 2 groups of 2 people from different departments. The people were very personable and nice and made me seem very welcome. It was disappointing when I did not get the offer because they all seemed interested in me.
