Had a call with HR, very pleasant and thorough where they explained the role and the company’s practices. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Post that, radio silence and no response. Ghosted by HR when followed up on next steps with no response to emails. Mars’ actions don’t seem to match up to their words. Not very professional
