The do rst part of the process included pre-recorded answers on video. After this I was invited for a casual “coffee chat” on site that did not serve as an interview but certainly was an informal one. I was then invited to a series of 3 back-to-back panel interviews, 45 minutes each. After my follow up I was only notified by automated message that they were going a different candidate route. I did not hear back to my thank you note. It was a very disappointing and informal notification considering the time I spent following their procedures and meeting with their team.
