The first round is entirely self recorded video submissions. You get a minute to think about your response and get a chance to record your answers up to 2 times before submitting. The second round is a panel interview.

The interview process starts with a session of digital interviewing, which consists of recording yourself answering several prompts. Following this, a few days later, there is an actual interview that lasts around 40 minutes.
