I went to their booth during the university career fair. I received a call later that afternoon requesting for an interview. I interviewed (panel interview) with them then next day. There were 4 interviewers from different functions: procurement, HR, 2 from engineering. Mostly behavioral and situation interviews. They were all very nice. Afterwards, I had an on-site interview together with the other (around 11 total) candidates for 5 positions. The night before the 2nd round interviews, we had a social gathering where we met some of the interviewers. There were around 7 1-on-1 interviews, each lasting 20-25 minutes, with interviewers from different functions. Almost all questions were behavioral.

The initial interview was via HireVue. They asked a few simple questions, a few of which I listed. Aside from that, I just submitted my resume and filled out the application on the candidate site.
