How long does it take to hear back after an interview? I interviewed on 12/3 and was told they would have a decision made within a week. I haven’t heard back and my application still shows under consideration.

I applied online and was invited to do the virtual interview where I recorded myself giving answers to standard interview questions. About a day later I received an email from HR asking to set up a panel interview with three Supply Chain Managers. During the interview each manager focused on a separate competency - dealing with ambiguity, being action-oriented, and customer focus. The whole interview took about 45 minutes and I thought everything went fine. It has been a month and I have heard nothing back, I sent an email to the member of HR that scheduled the interview and didn't hear back for a week. I then sent a follow up email where she advised that my recruiter would be in touch with any updates. I'm sure that they went with another candidate, but I thought it was very strange to have 2 interviews and then have radio silence.
