Entrevista
I submitted my application through their website and had a call a few days later for an initial interview with the hiring manager. He basked various questions specific to my cv to understand my experience with data science and it’s applications.
I was invited to a second (and final) panel interview two weeks later which included the same hiring manager along with some other members of the upper leadership team. The interview was split into two parts, each with half of the panel. The first part included a presentation on a pre-requested topic, to develop a method already created by the Mars data science team. The second part consisted of competency focused questions.
The process consisted of two rounds. The first was with the recruiter, another with the hiring manager. They were quick to respond and set up the interviews. Overall a pretty smooth process.

Entrevista
Three rounds I encountered:
1. Hirevue: Basic screening questions, nothing too intensive.
2. One on One: Basic HR screening, talking about past experience and the jobs roles that needed fulfillment.
3. One on One 2: More in depth hiring manager interview. Won’t mention anything but man was this guy having a bad day and taking it out at me. Less technical more behavioral.

What are your biggest weaknesses and what course of action would you take to correct them?
There were overall 3 rounds, relatively easy. First was HR, followed by Hiring Manager, and final was a panel interview. For the Panel interview, they gave a case study to solve and then presented my solution.
