I received a call from the hiring manager first for about 30 minutes for a phone interview. I was invited on site for 2 panels of interviews with 2 people per panel for an hour each panel.

Phone interview - basic screening to see your fit for the job. Then you will move on to a one-panel interview process. They ask behavioral questions , with an emphasis on team-work and resolving team issues. They also like to hear about the competencies that are listed on the job description
