Overall, the interview process was well organized and fast. First, I had an interview with Adecco, a recruiting company which collaborates with Mars during the selection process. It was a motivational interview, pretty detailed with many situational questions. Then, I did the assessment center at Mars Italia. Here, the company briefly presented itself, then the candidates did a short personal presentation. The group task was not business related and the aim was to see how we interacted with each other. After that, we had an individual interview with the HR manager.
