Applied via recruiting portal. Hr manager Nadejda R. Contacted me. We had a brief talk then she sent me link for SHL test. After couple of days I completed the test and informed HR, but didn't receive any feedback at all. Wrote couple of times but no reply also nobody picked up the phone.
I don't feel that I failed SHL test, because it was pretty easy MOREOVER it was stated in her first e-mail that I will receive feedback/results, But at the end of the day I was just ignored and trashed out.
I didn't expect such vilage-style treatment to potential employees from a global company like Mars.

Entrevista
Everything was quite fast: apprx. it took 3 weeks from sending CV to receiving the offer. There were 4 steps: pre-screen with HR, phone interview with HR (soft skills check: conflict management, success and failure situation, strengths and weaknesses, career aspiration, etc.), phone interview with manager, and final assessment (presentation, panel discussion, and interview).
