The interview process was very straightforward. It started with a phone interview with HR, which focused on my background, overall experience, and motivation for the role. We discussed my career journey, key responsibilities in my previous positions, and what attracted me to the brand.
This was followed by an in-person interview with the Store Manager, where the conversation was again largely centered around my experience, how I approach customer service, and how I work within a team.
After this meeting, I was informed that they would be moving forward, and I subsequently received the offer. Overall, the process was clear, efficient, and very straightforward.
