The process starts with an online assessment, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Everything was going well to the point I received an e-mail congratulating me that I passed to the final interview and the date was going to be announced after the manager came back from holidays. After that, without any explanation, I received an e-mail thanking me for my application but unfortunately, the position was already filled. I sent an e-mail back to understand the situation and got a reply telling that the position was filled through an internal candidate. After applying, I already knew that the hiring process was terrible because I read the reviews in Glassdoor, but I never thought they had this level of unprofessionalism.
