The interview process is really not an interview. You pay for a background check, pass a assesment test, and make sure you have the technical requirements they ask in order to work.

The process was very easy. They asked me if I was a warm body to place in the seat and I said yes. Very easy process. Little or no paperwork for onboarding. Use your own equipment.

Interview is with the application process, which they just want you to record your voice. You have to pay $25 for background check but you can also get a copy. Keep in mind, this is an independent contract job, so you will not get paid for training. Many people don't know this. Overall, it's a good way to earn extra income
