Interview is with the application process, which they just want you to record your voice. You have to pay $25 for background check but you can also get a copy. Keep in mind, this is an independent contract job, so you will not get paid for training. Many people don't know this. Overall, it's a good way to earn extra income

The process was very easy. They asked me if I was a warm body to place in the seat and I said yes. Very easy process. Little or no paperwork for onboarding. Use your own equipment.
