Pretty quick depending on the size of the applicant pool and need for a team member for prop mgmt. Came in and interview with two senior people and then if they like you'll they'll bring you back to meet the team and see if it's a fit.

What is one situation where you disagreed with your boss?
It consisted of two managers. They explained the job and showed the facilities. They also asked questions. Interview was more of a conversational tone, but still consistent with a normal interview.

Entrevista
I interviewed with the Vice President and the Assistant General Manager of the property. It was a very laid back process, both women were extremely pleasant. A lot of the questions were about Customer relations. After those interviews, I was called to interview with another manager from a different property.
