I interviewed with the Vice President and the Assistant General Manager of the property. It was a very laid back process, both women were extremely pleasant. A lot of the questions were about Customer relations. After those interviews, I was called to interview with another manager from a different property.

It consisted of two managers. They explained the job and showed the facilities. They also asked questions. Interview was more of a conversational tone, but still consistent with a normal interview.
