The interviewer didn't really ask questions. I tried holding a conversation with him but he was very unresponsive and only responded to make a comment about something in my room that was visible in the Zoom call, so I ended the interview after a few minutes. He was unfocused, uninterested, and didn't really seem to like his job.
One recruiter round with general behavioral questions like what kind of projects I worked on, how I interacted with others.
And one technical round together with a developer and a manager. This included a conversation about prior experience, technical stack and some architecture questions. And a short coding test with a simple problem.

2 step process with some technical questions. First step is more of a friendly chat getting to know you then the second interview is more technical based. Quite a relaxed process compared to many other companies
good with introduction and good communication and professional. Their developer came into the interview and talked about the team. HR might be coming in. It is quite fun and a interesting learning process
